Following an initial business software development contract, Filinea has once again entrusted Edana with the task of designing a cohesive, automated IT architecture and migrating its IT infrastructure to the cloud. The goal was to enhance the security of its IT network, reduce total cost of ownership, increase system availability, minimize the time required for routine IT tasks, and implement a virtual work environment to enable optimized, secure collaboration from any location.

Our team has implemented an automated 3-2-1 backup solution that guarantees Filinea maximum data protection by storing copies on a variety of geographically dispersed media (in Switzerland). This approach offers optimum resilience in the face of hardware failures, cyber-attacks and natural disasters, ensuring rapid and reliable recovery of business-critical data, even in the event of a major breakdown.
DISASTER RECOVERY
Appropriate disaster recovery plan
As part of our mandate, we helped Filinea to preserve and protect its data in the event of an incident. Our IT engineering teams deployed a robust backup architecture and put in place appropriate disaster recovery procedures, guaranteeing continuity of operations even in the event of a major disaster.
Unified document management synchronised with business applications
To optimise internal document management, our teams deployed a centralised document management solution, hosted on a private server in a secure data centre in Switzerland. This system was integrated into the fleet of almost 100 terminals and connected to Filinea’s business application, providing direct access and secure editing of files from any device, at any time. This solution guarantees smooth operations and increased productivity within the company.
