What look for :
- You will support demanding projects in different business areas, using cutting-edge technologies and tools.
- Your responsibilities include optimizing the conceptual and visual design of interfaces (web and mobile applications)
- You analyze and document business challenges (strategies and objectives, interviews with stakeholders, analysis of documentation)
- You conduct regular user research (interviews, questionnaires, observations, etc.).
- Identify user behaviors and convert results into personas and experience maps
- You define target experiences and identify important touch points (user paths, storyboards, workflows).
- Define information architecture (map sorting workshop, conceptual models, tree structure)
- Participate in and carry out usability tests
What require:
- Completed studies (ETH, university, HES) with a design orientation
- Training and certificates in the specific field of UX (UXQB, professional diploma in UX design) are an advantage
- At least 4 years’ proven professional experience in the UX field
- Knowledge of the most important UX methods (user research, prototyping, testing methods, interaction design, visual design)
- Initial skills in HTML, CSS, Figma
