What look for :

• You will support demanding projects in different business areas, using cutting-edge technologies and tools.
• Your responsibilities include optimizing the conceptual and visual design of interfaces (web and mobile applications)
• You analyze and document business challenges (strategies and objectives, interviews with stakeholders, analysis of documentation)
• You conduct regular user research (interviews, questionnaires, observations, etc.).
• Identify user behaviors and convert results into personas and experience maps
• You define target experiences and identify important touch points (user paths, storyboards, workflows).
• Define information architecture (map sorting workshop, conceptual models, tree structure)
• Participate in and carry out usability tests

What require:

• Completed studies (ETH, university, HES) with a design orientation
• Training and certificates in the specific field of UX (UXQB, professional diploma in UX design) are an advantage
• At least 4 years’ proven professional experience in the UX field
• Knowledge of the most important UX methods (user research, prototyping, testing methods, interaction design, visual design)
• Initial skills in HTML, CSS, Figma
